Hey guys is it possible to get a Mew without ar. And from where can you get a snorunt? Hey in pokecentre in lower floor there is a reception where you can use WI-FI plz can someone give more info how to use it (Thanx)

1) There is, but the only ways are either Migrating it from a past version or trading for it.

2) You can find Snorunt by using the Pokeradar on either Routes 216 and 217 or Lake Acuity Lakefront. There is a 12% chance of finding it.

3) For the Lower Level of Pokemon Centers, it is a place where you can use Nintendo Wi-Fi, by trading or battling with your friends, that are located in your Pal Pad.
