When I start the game in NO$GBA I am going the my friend's house and the to the lake.When I beat the starly with the Chimpchar my NO$GBA stops and on the title up says 289% and going longer or lower sometimes.Why it is doinr this?

Well I don't know what that is but I do know that if it is a cheat hacker thing there might be some issues:
1) You have too many codes in.
2) Your game hacker is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
3) Code error (often)
4) This is probably the probem I've never ran into it with an action replay,but with gameshark on my gameboy when you get starting Pokemon with wild Pokemon shiny or something it turns the Pokemon into a bad egg and wont let you win or freezes it, all you have to do is not use codes until officially obtain that pokemon.
