Hey I'm new to the wifi thing and not alot of my friends play pokemon....so I need some friend codes plz!

Well, I don't have Wi-Fi but I know of a place where you can get lots of friend codes. It is on the forums here. I will provide a link. All you have to do is click on the link and tell people yours and add people. Pokemon Pearl Friend Code Posting Thread Page 25. This link should take you to the last page.
