I just want to know if my Pokemon are any good.
Rayquaza lvl.86
Torterra lvl.69
Infernape lvl.93
Giratina lvl.85
Empolean lvl.92
Blaziken lvl.95
PS. I don't own an AR.

Ya. It's good, all at high levels, except for Torterra. Level up Torterra to at least lvl 80. Get rid of either Infernape or Blaziken. They have the same types and that extra spot could be used for something more useful. Maybe an Electric type. But here is my team...

Infernape lvl 100
Dragonite lvl 100
Raichu Lvl 100
Aggron Lvl 100
Latios/Latias Lvl 100
Gallade Lvl 100.

Nice team, especially with the fact that you didn't use an Action Replay. Pump Up your Torterra to about 85 and your good to go!

Steelix lv 69
Garchomp lv 70
Palkia lv 72
Lucario lv 71
Luxray lv 73

It's pretty good without using AR. But you can get you're team better. Get rid of 1 fire Pokemon and get a better one like a electric pokemon. And get your Torterra to like lvl 80 - 100. Heres my team. Garchomp lv 100
Palka lv 100
Giratina lv 100
Dragonite lv 100
Groudon lv 100
Rayquaza lv 100

And thats without using AR.

I think your Pokemon are being raised perfectly. If they got you past all the gyms, elite fours and champion I think they are perfect!
