umbreon/espeon and snorlax.

1) You need to max out their Happiness or friendliness levels and then level Eevee up in the morning for Espeon. Level it up at night for Umbreon.

2) Either the following:
Catch a Munchlax and evolve. Munchlax can be found in Honey trees and are very rare. You can trade from a friend if you want. You'll have to max out it's happiness also and level it up during the day.

To max out it's happiness:

Catching the Pokemon with a Luxury Ball helps.

Feed it alot of berries.

Let it hold battle item ie: Quick Claw, EXP. Share, etc.

Battle it alot.

Heal it automatically when it gains a status effect (Poison, sleep, paralysis, etc.)

DON'T LET IT FAINT.

Teach it some TM's.

To get a Snorlax you can get a Munchlax, Get it a high happiness and evolve it. Or you can migrate from an earlier game. You can also use the GTS to get one too. Or you can get one from a friend.

To get Umbreon you need to get Evee very happy and grow it a level all at NIGHT. For Espeon get Evee happy during the day and grow a level. You can migrate or trade to get a snorlax or a harder way is to catch a Munchlax (rare) and evolve him by friendship

To get Umbreon, you need to earn Eevee's respect and make it very happy. Then, level it up at night. It will then evolve into a Umbreon. Now, to get Espeon, do the same thing, only level it up in the day. You can get Snorelax by trading with someone over the GTS or over wifi. Or, get a munchlax in a honey tree, then evolve it.
