Hey I'm new and I need to know where to find a burmy and gyrados. And what do you do after you put the keystone in the crumbling tower

To get a burmy put honey on certain trees. To get gyrados use the pokedex to find it. And after you put the keystone in the tower talk to 32 people underground(hikers don't count)(have a friend with you because if you do all you have to do is to have your friend come in and out of their base and every time they he/she comes out talk to them it counts).then go to the tower and press A. A spiritomb will come out (make sure you have strong Pokemon and lots of ultra balls).
To get garados you must go to the great marsh.once there look for a pond and go fishing after a while you will get a garados
