What is pokerus? I know one of my Pokemon has it. Is it able to spread. I had one of my Pokemon hatched with it and grew to level 100 in 1 kill, is it because it had pokerus? Please answer.

Pokerus, as far as I know, is a virus that lets your Pokemon grow stronger and faster when it is holding an item such as a Macho Brace. It can spread if your infected Pokemon is in your party next to a non-infected pokemon. It will spread after a while. And I think your Pokemon growing to level 100 is some sort of glitch in the game.
Pokerus is a virus that is good for your Pokemon it makes them level up faster. The fast level up to 100 thing is really wierd. It could have happened by using an action replay or game shark and just been some error in the codes or it could have been a glitch with the game.
