1.the Pokemon mansion owner said that there is eevee in his garden, but I've been looking for weeks for an eevee in the garden 2.where can I get arceus, I have the cheat for an azure flute, but it is not appearing in my bag

1) There are no Eevee's in his garden according to the official D/P guide book.

2) You need to get the Azure Flute from a nintendo event because the azure flute you get by AR does not work.

Eevee is a very rare Pokemon so it will take some time to catch him I caught two in the garden in the same day so it is possible, and for azure flute you need the code on then push l and are and walk in a pokemart and talk to a guy in green he will give you the azure flute
