Well, most water moves and fire moves are in the beauty catigory, so you should be pretty good there. I'm not exactly sure what Empoleon's moves are (I started with Chimchar) but I know that different moves do different things. (Some only do well when there used at the beginning, at the end, after a certain move does something, etc.) Choose the moves that are best for you. Don't forget to give it poffins too!
