Where can you see suicune entei and Lugia hoho and also how do you use an action replay

They don't appear normally in the game, and an AR is a device where you input codes and then connect it to your ds while playing to modify anything you want. To find entei, suicune or Lugia try using AR or asking for someone to trade them to you in the SC forums. Hope I helped!
