Magikarp and Sunyshore City

Magikarp and Sunyshore City

I have two problems:
1: in Lake Valor there is a lot of Magikarps who is blocking the road. How do I move them?
2: In Valor Lakefront it is a fat man who blocking the way to Sunyshore City. How do I pass him?

If someone know it, I will be happy if you tell me.

You have to fnd youre way around the karp.or if you really can't get through(make sure you checked around the whole lake)then ure games glitched or something.to get through the guy you have to get done with team galactic so you need to defeat the leader at spear piller(after visting all lakes and battling everyone at the lakes)then palkia will apear then you eithe just deafeat him or catch him ure chooose.

You can't move the magikarp and for the galactics, I ws stuck ther too but then, next to the great marsh , he is ther, I kept chasin him and met cynthia. The syduks at tht moomoo milk place will move wen you tok to them. Ull get to a city and then grunt wil b ther.........
