Unable to catch Palkia

Here I am at Spear Pillar, Mt. Coronet. I should be able to catch Palkia here, but the 2 Galactica Commanders at the front and Mars, Jupiter, Cyrus won't talk or challenge me, so I can't proceed to catch Palkia. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks a lot!

Hav you tried exiting the entire Mountain then saving & resetting, turn on WALK THRU WALLS cheat (or run anywhere) and retry. If that fails, then you may just have to restart... 0_0 not good!

If you can't reach Palkia, maybe you can use a PokeModifier code to catch it elsewhere in the wild; there's actually not much point in restarting your game as you'll only catch the first Palkia only and then nothing much happens afterwards.

If you use cheats take them out next time or try walking out of the area and walk back. If it fails just skip it by walking through walls and go on to the Pokemon league.
