Evee

Okay, here are the steps:

1. You must first obtain the National Pokedex
2. Go to the Pokemon Mansion
3. Go to the owner, but save right in front of him
4. Talk to him, and keep saying yes
5. He will tell you there is a Pokemon out in the Garden
6. If it's not Eevee, turn off your game, and try again, intil you he tells you Eevee
7. Then, get a Pokemon on Lv.19, and put it at the top of your party
8. Then use Max Repel, and go into the garden, and run around
9. If Eevee doesn't show, and your max repel runs out, use another one, and keep trying, Eevee with start to show up soon, but don't give up

You can get an eevee after you get the national dex, go to hearthome city and enter the house next to the Pokemon Center. You should find a girl there (sorry, I forget the name) talk to her and she will ask you about eevee choose the first answer which is yes then she will give you an eevee. Note: make sure you leave an empty space for eevee.

It will show up in the Pokemon Mansion once you have the National Pokedex.

First you have to get the National Pokedex. Then you go to the Pokemon mansion. I hope it helps.

Ok you probly read the ansers above but in case you want a other eevee do what it said on the other ansers and onece you get an eevee off bebe or the mansion :1 go to cavalave citys side :2 use the pokerader and a ditto will apear at some point :3 catch the ditto and breed it with an eevee :4 the eevee will lay an egg. (this will work with any Pokemon male or female) if you don't know you can breed pokemon(poket monters)at the day care at solecon town.

You must have national dex.
Go to hearthome. Then when you are at the Pokemon center, go right to bebes house. She wil sit on a chair fron of her computer.
Talk to her and you wil get a eevee in lv.5.
Or you can link it over from a GBA game, in pal park, but you must have national dex there too.

how to breed eevee

Go to the right side of canalave city where there is a guitarist, a yellow tree, and some berry dirt. (I forgot the route number, sorry...) Use your poke radar until you see a spot of grass with three sparkly lines coming out of it. Go to the spot, and usually it will be a gastrodon, shellos, or floatzel. You will have to be EXTREMELY lucky to get a Ditto on the first try. It may take a much as thirty minutes to get a Ditto. Sometimes more. It took me quite a while, but I was overjoyed when I finally saw that beautiful pinkish blob.
