Is there anyhting to do/get from that shiny rock thing on route 224? (It's at the end of the route in the rocky area)

You have gone through the mountain with a girl, after you leave the mountain for the first time, she will have gone to her house (In Survival Area)... Go talk to her, and then return to the mountain... Heatran will be there, at level 70.

If you mean the silver-colored one, then that is were you place "Oak's Letter", a Shaymin Event item. The only current way to get it is by cheating, and by the way, shaymin is a level-30, Grass-Type legendary Pokemon.
