Volt Tackle

Can pikachu learn volt tackle or only pichu? What LV? Conditions? If it is too hard give me a LV100 Pikachu/Raichu with Volt Tackle cheat plz! Thx!

Give a female pika a light ball and breed it

To get volt tackle you have to give a Pikachu a light ball (can be found on some wild Pikachu can not be found any where else) and bread them, hatch the egg and a baby Pichu will know it!!! Hope I helped.

Give a male Pikachu a light ball (found on very few wild pikachu, but there's an Action Replay code for 999 of them) and breed it with another pikachu. The baby Pichu will know it. I've done it about 3 times.
