How do I get the pillar in route 209 ask you "do you want put in old key stone"

You go to the right after you get the odd keystone.

You get the Odd Keystone from that Fighter dude hidden between the trees. Go to route 209 and it will say "do you want to put the kestine in"? Say yes and it will be known as the Hallowed Tower. Once you done that,go underground and talk to 32 people(Hikers do not count). Once you done that, you will fight Spiritomb at level 25. Catch it then you are finished with that. Hope this helps you out alot!
