I've caught heatran, giritina, Palkia and chasing cressialia and Mesprit. I messed up on those other two little stupid flying guys like mesprit is there any way I can get those now???

Use the action replay cheat system thats the only way I can think of xx
If by messed up you mean killed then you can't find them any more unless you have the cheat code like "pokemongrl" said
