Ball capsules' name is really self-explanatory, but I'll explain anyhow.
Ball Capsules are things that go around the PokeBalls. You put them on in your PC. You use Seals to decorate them. Go to Solaceon to get a seal case. You put Seals on in the PC.

Ball capsules are things that you put on your pokeballs to make them have special FX. You get a seal case in Solaceon But you can buy them in Sunyshore city.

Ball capsules, are capsules that fit your pokeball. You can get them in Solaceon town from an a lady to the right. You can get or buy stickers to put on your ballcapsules that make cool effects when you throw out your pokemon. You can buy stickers from Sunyshore city from a guy in the store to the left of the Pokemon center and he has new ones every day.You can also get letter stickers by showing a kid in Solaceon town to the right different kinds of unknown. To acces your ballcapsules go to your pc and then you can customize your ball capsules. Hope I Helped.
