Can anyone tell me what an Ev's and and Iv's are, how you get them, and what they do for your pokemon.

I'm not an expert on this but I believe these are what is used when making Pokemon codes for what your pokemon's stats will be.
Ev's I think are training your Pokemon with an Action Replay
Simply put, Ev's and Iv's help your Pokemon obtain greater power for combat. Ev's are for stats like Attack, Defense, Speed, etc. Iv's are still unknown to me. The easiest, and non cheating way, to level up your Ev's is by using items such as Carbos, Iron, etc. Iv's are only for Action Replay I think.
Iv's are hidden numbers or something like that these Pokemon are rare reeeally rarebut if you catch them they are powerful
Idunno which Pokemon are iv's but they may be shinies
