I was wanting someone to make me a lvl 30 Lucario AR code

Well then if you were wanting that, why not trying using the Pokemon Action Replay forums? Someone would gladly, make you one there. Gladly is being used loosely at this point. People don't usually make those codes anymore, but you could still try there. Good luck with getting your Lucario, and I hope everything goes well.
