THier are three Pokemon I can't find in the sinnoh dex and the number are in the pokedex 63,117,102.

#102 Chatot-Trade a buizel for one in the Name Rating building in Eterna City from the little boy
#117 Wooper-Found in Great Marsh in Pastoria City.
#63 is Aipom you can get it by puting honey on a honey tree or a battle somewhere,#117 is Wooper you can get it at Pastoria great marsh or route 212,& #102 is Chatot you can trade a Buizel for one at Eterna city or route 222,224
Sigh.. Look in the Pok�dex in Pok�mon.com... That is the sole purpose of that site
