If your talking about looks not possible but name yes there's a cheat out there for it

No, there is no way at all. Even with the only cheating device with any sort of power on diamond/pearl one of the impossible cheats is changing the looks of your character or sprite as it is sometimes referred to.

If you mean changing gender and name, yes. If you mean totally different characters, no.

Actually if your a guy and you use the clone other people cheat too much you'll become a girl named rogue
