Hi When we go into the trade center we keep getting stuck on ethier the log on screen or the checking gts status screen. It is getting really frustrating! I have checked all of our connections and they are fine. Anyone got any advice please. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks AJ & Dad

All I have is the USB cable for the wi fi is broken call the company and check it out and check if you connected the DS to the computer it say's it sometimes sorry if I didn't help much
