Go to veilstone city to the lower right of the city there are some rocks there are 4 rock there actually meteors there for 4 different things 1 is for attack the other is for defense the other is for speed and the last 1 is so everything is balanced
The Meteors at Veilstone they change him just have a Deoxy's in your party and click on one of the Meteors
