You can't get there until you have made it significantly far in the game... Like 7 badges. Then you basically ascend (go up) mount coronet and at the top is sky pillar where a bunch of stuff goes down. Ill let you figure out the particulars on your own.

There is no sky pillar but you have to go through Hearthome city's Mt. Coronet entrance. You should have 7 badges so far and to get through it easier have lots of max repels and Pokemon lv.45-55.

You mean Spear Piller. Have 7 bages and beat the team Galactic Boss Cyris at the Vailstone Galactic bilding:Aka, Galactic HQ. Then enter Mt.Coronet at eather the Hearthome City or Orenberg City side. You need HM's Straingth, Rock clim, Rock smash and Surf (you might want to bring some escape ropes)Enymore questions, ask me. I know evrything about this game. I even have a Action Replay Ds.
