At what level does roseli evolve or do you have to give it a stone

You need to use a Shiny stone to evolve a Roselia into a Roserade.

Well Roselia doesn't evolve at a certain level it only evolves by using a Shiny stone to evolve it. I hoped this helped.

You need a shine stone then you can make a roseila but
It can only evolve with the shiny stone
