You don't read much do you?
If you read at all you would know that pretty much the only codes are available through an action replay. If you read at all you would see that none of peoples action replay requests get answered in the question section. You should probably have also read that at the top right of this page there is a link pointing you directly to where action replay questions/requests are supposed to be asked. From there you may read the impossible cheat page specifically saying that max stats is impossible. So to answer your question no, no one can make that code. ps wouldnt it have been easier to just read and think a bit before I had to tell you too?

If you want a code that an Action Replay can't offer, I suggest geting a GameShark. It can do things that the ar can't like max stats and max contest hearts.
