All you need to do is go to the top of the mountain and don't forget to have a Pokemon who know's the hm's rock climb, rock smash, strength,and surf.Enter at the south west side of mountcoronet.Along the way you'll you'll meet 10-18 galactic grunts then you'll fightthe two female comanders with you'r rivle.If you make it through there you'll fight the leader(again)but he is stronger then before.but remember not to chatch palkia with the master ball(save it for cresselia)oh and if you started with piplup, or chimchar restart it is best to start with turtwig.
