Nope, their is no code to do what you describe so your going to have to live with Pokemon at level 100 unless oyu want to go buy Pokemon Red or Blue.

I knew someone who had a glitched blue version and I saw he had a lv.145 snorlax he caught at cerulean cave and reached that level in one battle...nut I don't think that you can get a Pokemon abouve lv.100 w/o having a glitched game...

Yes, infact ,there is. I have heard from a very reliable source that there is a very rare code that basically levels up your Pokemon even when the game is turned off.His friend had a rival and they battled each other one time and his rival had Pokemon past lvl 100. His rival gave him the code and they kept on battling. Eventualy, their Pokemon surpassed even the thousands. Sorry though I have no clue what it is. Perhaps you might find it some time.
