No it is not possible without a action replay or nintendo event.
No, I really don't think you can ,because I don't think there a glitch that makes it possible
No, it is impossible as of right now to obtain Arceus without the aide of an Action Replay. It most likely will become possible to recieve either Arceus or the Azure Flute at a future Ninitendo Event or Giveaway.
Not that I know of but what ill say is you think it right well it's wrong
You'll get an Azure Flute later this year via Wi-Fi when Pokemon Platinum is Released it's not confirmed yet but I got the info from a really good source.
