Master ball is in galactic hideout wich is in veilstone I think
And last your annoyin with questions
First question yes
Second question yes get a Pokemon with the ability flamebody and have it in your party
Go to his house and go inside he already has nightmares
A guy gives it to you in the Galactic hideout
First yes,second yes,3rd the boy already has nightmares,and lastly I'm not sure how to get more Master Balls without trading with Master Balls on the traded Pokemon or without an action replay.
