How do I enter a friend code into the Wifi? Ive went to the GTS and the bottom floor of the PC (poke center). If you can tell me I will be very grateful. Also if someone could maybe give me their friend code so I can have a friend and not be alone and make this submission meaningful.

PS. If someone can give me their friend code and by any chance have a Deoxys, celebi, jirachi, Mew, etc and know how to dupe Pokemon then I will happily give a Groudon Lv 71.
