action replay disaster

I accidentally use the all items + ALL KEY ITEMS action replay.The one that I'm only using b4 dat is the all items only w/o key items. Now my problem is when I try to go to cresecnt island the sailor said pls. Give the wing to my son (bcoz I've already got all my key items)but wen I talk to the kid the wing don't do it's part!!do I have to actually get to the island? How? I tied the walk anywer but all I got is mystery zone area..please help me do I have to restart again?

NO no no! You do not have to start the game over!!! I had the same problem and after many frustrating days of trying to fix it I found a way to work around it! If you use action replay to walk anywhere you can go to canalave city and walk through the water straight up. Eventualy everything will be black and you will walk for what seems like forever but eventually you will come to fullmoon island and you can get the lunar wing from the game. Yay!
