WHEN DO YOU HEAR THE NOISE FROM CHATTER THEAT YOU RECORDED?? I WANT TO KNOW. I SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS BUT I STILL COULDN'T HEAR ANYTHING!!!!

First what you did is considered flaming. Second you don't here chatter when he uses the move I think.

WHY MUST YOU TYPE YOUR QUESTION IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS!?! See how annoying that is to read? Please, do not type your question in all capital letters. As for your problem with your Chatot not speaking, perhaps you should try listening to his battle cry. After you record it, just play his Pokemon cry. If you cannot hear it that way, then go into a battle. Your Chatot must know the move Chatterbox though. Keep in mind that it will not sound the same as it is a Pokemon saying it.

Dude, you gotta lay down on the caps man. Its an eyesore and people don't like it. There are three things you need to make sure of before you do it. 1. Make sure the Pokemon you have is chatot
2. Make sure he knows the move "chatter"
3. Talk into the microphone or you wont hear it

PS it wont be clear but you will hear it.
