Well, someone could make the code, but you would have to specify exactly what Pokemon i8t is that you would want to become shiny, what moves that Pokemon knows, what level you want him to be, what nature you want him or her to have, and all of that other stuff. On the other hand, you can search Google.com and find the regular shiny cheat code that turns all of your Pokemon shiny, and thus makes them all be more rare. If you really want to though, then request a code with all that I asked for, it might be fulfilled.
