Can someone make me a cheat for infinite decorations in secret base and to custumize player?!?!?!?

There is no possible way to make a cheat but you can request to make one at the action replay forum
Ah, while it would be possible for someone to make you a code, it would be impossible for anyone to make those kind of Action Replay codes I'm afraid. There is no possible way for you to customize any part of your character, and sadly, this means that you will have to deal with their ugly clothing. As for a cheat for infinite decorations, I'm sorry to say that that too, is impossible. 16 decorations is the limit.

Technically you can get a Pokemon costume which changes apperance but I would not prefer it
