Ok I have just seen recently that there is a girl in the Old Chateau. I have looked everywhere, in every room but I still can't find her. Does she come out at night like Rotom? Please reply and thanks ahead of time.

Well, you can only see her in one room, and you have to be standing in the room to her left to see her ( the room with the red eyed painting ). Also, you don't see her every time you go into the red eyed painting room. If you walk in and out of the room a few times ( I did this to see her ) you will probably see her.
