I went to enterna forest and seen this massive haunted house, I caught rotom then I went in another room and seen a little girl run...what does this little girl do and how cna I find her agan?

She does nothing. You can see her again if you go into the room next door to where she appears, theres also a man down stairs, the whole point is they're ghosts making it a haunted house
As far as I know, she does nothing for you.
But it may be a hint to the next Pokemon game. Check out our forums and post it. It will be good knowledge.

Just keep running back and forth between the rooms at night time and she should appear again
