The main way that you can find an Aipom for you to raise and care for is to smear some honey on one of those Orange Trees. There are several of these Honey trees throughout the game so I am positive that you will have no trouble in finding a tree for you to slather it with Honey. If you need some honey, then go visit the Floaroma Town, and go inside the meadow area. There will be a single house there, and inside that house there will be a man who will sell you honey. It may take a few tries before an Aipom shows up, but I know you want one, so you will wait till you see one. If you are impatient then you could just seek out another Pokemon player who actually has an Aipom and get them to trade it to you for one of your pokemon.

On a honey tree you buy honey from a man in Floroma town he is in the Floaroma Meadow and then put the honey on the honey tree then wait a few hours

There are several golden trees all over the place in the game. Click them and your character will say they smell sweet. These are honey trees used to catch some rare pokemon.

Go to Floroma town and go buy some honey. It is cheap and inexpensive, so stock up alot of it. Wherever you go, smear the honey on the tree. Check all your trees in a day or so, and you will find different pokemon. Eventually, you will find the Aipom.

From the honey tree with honey.

First go to Floaroma Meadow and buy 3 honeys then slather it on trees in Valley Windworks, Floarama Meadow and Route 205 wait 8 hours and there should be a pokemon. Just keep trying if not aipom.
