You get reaper cloth at resort area route 229 when you see the big patch of grass go right of it till you have the reaper cloth it's either invisiable or visible.

The Pokemon that likes the Reaper cloth is Dusclops you give it to him and when you trade him he will evolve into a Dusknoir but make sure he is holding it.

I believe that it is called the 'Reaper' Cloth, and not the Repa cloth. Regardless of how you spell the accessory, there is only one Pokemon that I know of that actually likes the Reaper Cloth item. The Pokemon's name is Duskull, and if you give him the Reaper Cloth as a hold item, and then trade Duskull to one of your friends, then he will evolve into his next evolutionary form called the Dusknoir. Just be sure that your friend will actually trade your Dusknoir back to you or else you might be in some trouble. Hope this helps.

Duskull doesn't evolve to dusknoir, dusclops is the pre evolution of dusknoir and to evolve dusclops you need to trade it with the reaper cloth attached

The cloth is used for the evolution of the Pokemon, as the item to trade with an Onix makes Steelix. The easiest way is to trade Duskclops with the cloth then trade back, and there you go! A new Dusknoir!
