How do you make Pokemon forget HM moves?

In order for one of your Pokemon to forget an HM move, you must take them to see the legendary man known as the Move Deleter. The Move Deleter can make any Pokemon forget any move no matter what Pokemon it is, and it does not matter if the move was taught to the Pokemon by an HM, or by a TM. You can find the move Deleter residing in his house in Canalave City. His house should be located near the Canalave City entrance, and near the Pokemon Center. He will be in a house all by his lonesome health, and he will have amnesia at first when you talk to him. Hope this helps.
You can make them forget it by going to the move deleter's house in canalave city.
Use a move deleter found in certain cities, I think it's in veilstone.
