how to get zap plate in pokemon pearl

Where do I find zap plate. If it's in the underground then tell me which place it's in of the underground. If it's somewhere else then please tell me where it is the route or the town or whatever isnt listed on here.

Alright, I will help you out with your problem to finding the Zap plate. The zap plate, as I am positive that you know, is mainly used for one of two reasons. The first reason is that it is a plate made for Electric Pokemon, and when an Electric Pokemon holds the Zap Plate, they will feel stronger. The second reason as for why the Zap Plate is used is because it was originally designed for the legendary Pokemon, Arceus. Whenever you have Arceus hold the plate as a hold item, he turn into an Electric type Pokemon. You can find the Zap Plate in two areas. The first area where you can find the plate is in Sunyshore City, as a matter of fact, if you arr lucky enough, you will find it right outside of the Lighthouse somewhere. The second area is in the Sinnoh Underground, but you will just have to search around.

There is no exact place where you can get the Zap plate underground just keep looking for it I heard it's hard to find so keep trying and don't give up

To find a zap plate, there are two ways, one is to cheat, the other is to go underground and mine, it is hard to get though.
