I am pretty sure that there are numerous people and persons that tell you whether or not your bond with your Pokemon is strong or not. I cannot remember where the one person that I know that you are talking about is located, but I can still tell you where you can find another person who will tell you whether or not your Pokemon likes you. If you go into Pastoria City and then proceed east of that city, you will arrive on a beach location, near a restaurant. If you look on that beach then you will find a house where the footprint doctor lives. All you have to do is go inside, and get the Pokemon of your choice examined. He will tell you whether or not your Pokemon trusts you. If he does trust you alot, you will even get a ribbon for your trouble.

There is two that I know of there is one on the beach next to pastoria city and if your Pokemon like you then he gives that Pokemon a ribbon and there is one in hearthome city at the Pokemon fan club and there is a lady inside also your the watch at the bottom of the screen has a thing where when you hold the screen with the stylus hearts come out of that pokemon.

Well,i do know about the poketch app Friendship Checker.

Well, you don't really need him/her on this game. Just go to the Eterna City Pokemon center and talk to the lady in the middle of the room, she give you a poketch application that allows you to see how much your Pokemon likes you. But if you want a person, go to Pastoria City and exit out the top right. Go down to the beach and go into the house, the man in the building reads the pokemons movement/footprints. If it likes you enough he'll give you a footprint ribbon.

First you go to sunnyshore then go right till you're in the beach then go down and theres a sign that says mr.footstep or something then go in hell make you walk you're Pokemon when you press a on him then hell detirmine how it likes you by how it walks.
