Where do you get the HM strenght!!!

Hi,I am on the part were you help dawn at the lake she was assighned to by professer rowan,I help her then professer rowan told me to go to acuity lake and help my rival.But I don't remeber how to get strenght,its what I need to get to my rival. Please help!!!!!

Hi there,
I'm pretty sure that you get strength at the tower outside of solaceon town. You have 2 go allt eh way up and then talk to the old ladies @ the top.

Oh, well you seem to be doing pretty well in the game right now. It will only get better, so you better be prepared. Anyway, you can find the woman that gives you the HM for strength in the Lost Tower. The Lost tower is a little ways south of Solaceon Town, you might even have passed it without realizing what it is. When you are in the tower, make your way to the top floor of the tower. Once you are at the top floor of the tower, talk to the old woman. She will give you the HM for strength so that you can go and assist your Rival/friend in need.

You have to go to the lost tower and a lady has it she is on the last floor.
