Wow, the message that you quoted from the guy on Youtube made me seriously laugh out loud. In order to seem like an expert, most people will say just about anything. I hate to tell you this, but, this is a complete lie. One Hundred percent false, fabricated lie. How would she copy your Pokemon? Also, the girl cannot talk to you, and vice versa, you cannot talk to her. The only reason she is there is so that more people can feel more spooked about the Haunted Mansion. So, no, the Girl does not have an evil laugh and no, she cannot copy your Pokemon. Perhaps this for the best though. Hope this helps.
