The move deleter in in Canalve City or something close to that spelling. His house should be the first house south of the Pokemon Center. Hope this helped.
You can find the move deleter in his house in Canalave City. You will know that you are seeing the move deleter because in the house will be an old man all alone. He will have a case of amnesia when you first talk to him, if you talk to someone like that, then you will know that he is the move deleter. His house is by the Pokemon Center. Remember that the move deleter can delete any move, as well as HM move. Hope this helps.
He is in canalave city by the Pokemon center. He will be a old man who can't remember who he is. Also this guy can delete HM moves like rock smash wich my infernape knew and I did not want him too. Anyway hope this helps.
