Cyndiquil, Totodile, and Chicorita (action replay code)

Hey, awhile back, I asked a question about getting the three legendary beasts via an a.r. Cheat, that allows you to pick them up like you would a fossil Pokemon after dropping off the fossil. You just walk right into the Orburgh Mining Museum, talk to the guy behind the counter, and you recieve your pokemon. Well, now I would like to know the three three digit/letter codes to get the three Johto starters...
Again, the main code is this:

Again, the *** stands for the three digit/letter code that allows you to get that certain pokemon. Oh, and if it is possible, make sure that the starters are in the first stage of their evolutionary line, that would help a lot.
If anyone could answer this, I would be really greatfull!!!

Well, this question again huh? You know, you will probably receive the same answers that you did before. I think that you should ask someone in the Pokemon Action Replay Forum for a code like that. They might know what the missing *** in the codes are. Hell, they might even be able to make you a code that will give you Cyndaquil, Chikorita, and Totodile in your party. So, head on over to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum, and see what they can do.

I used that code on my pearl, but it won't work. I have done just about everything on my game, yet I still can't get fossils. Do you know what is wrong, or if I forgot to do something?

Nevermind my last answer. From my knowledge that Mew, the last in the Kanto region, is 097, my guess is that Chickorita is 098, Cyndaquil is 09b, and Totodile is 09e. I don't know these for a fact, but those are my guesses as to what the codes are.
