Well, it is very simple actually. Once you catch a Misdreavus, you need to run around in the wild, or dig around in the Sinnoh Underground until you find a Dusk stone. That item is very important, so do not lose it, or use it on another Pokemon. Now then, all you have to do is wait till it is nighttime, then use the Dusk Stone on Misdreavus to evolve it into a Mismagius. Then, you will have your special Pokemon. Hope this helps.
