Here you go. The code that you are looking for may or may not be listed there for you to use. You might have the right code, but you are simply forgetting to activate the code. Remember that in order for most cheat codes to work, you have to press a certain combination of buttons. With some cheat codes, you have to press the L and the R buttons at the same time. Others, you have to press B and select. Just make sure that you are trying to activate the code before you say it doe not work. If it still does not work, then take a look there, I think that is where I found mine when I used to use Action Replay.

Press L+R and you get 493 masterballs representing the 493 pokemon.
Let's say you need Groudon. His ID is 383, so toss out 110 masterballs and you will have as many masterballs as his ID number.
Go into battle, but hold L while in the grass, water, ETC., and DO NOT LET GO UNTIL THE POKEMON APPEARS OR YOUR GAME MIGHT FREEZE!
If you have no National Dex, this is useless, however you could look up their ID on pokemon.com.
