someone told me this cheat....
I got a cheat off this website ages ago. It went like this;
"get an espeon, a glaceon and a Pokemon of your choice then go to wher you got palki/dialga and there will be a shiney articuno egg." I tried it and it didnt work. Can someone else try it so I can be sure it is a false cheat?

Ive seen so many of those so I'm surprised that you fell for it.
At least it wasnt like some of the ones that I've seen like when they tell you to realese you're starter to get all starters (DONT TRY IT!!!)
As for now, just ignore those a-holes and go on with life without cheeting (thats right cheating is good, WITHOUT CHEETING!!!)

Lol, well who ever told you that was either playing a mean trick, or just lying to you. But yes, it is a fake cheat code, I mean, how would the egg even appear there? Espeon, Espeon has nothing to do with Articuno at all, why would an Espeon be there?
Anyway, there is no need for anyone to try it, because like I mentioned in the above para-graph, there I no cheat code that will let you do that. Seriously, there is not even an Action Replay code that will let you do that, so sorry, but you were duped.

Pokemon games never had cheats (besides the Mew and Missingo in the forst gen), I have also heard many like
"if you trade all your legends to someone (im available now so you can do it now wid me cos I dun it anyway b4), and then catch a wild bidoof 20 times with ultra balls, your pokedex will fill up and you will have every poikemeon"
So, they are a lie never believe them unless they are confirmed.
